Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. 500jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 500jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 500jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 500jl's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

500jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 500jl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. • Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval.
• Bank transfers to Philippine banks are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• 500jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Any technical malfunction, failure, or delay in the transmission of data.

In no event shall 500jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 500jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
